3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Token-Based Billing

Picalis operates on a token-based system where:

• Various AI-powered activities consume tokens, including: job analysis, resume generation, cover letter creation, content optimization, and other AI processing tasks
• Each job application may involve multiple token-consuming activities depending on the services requested
• Token consumption is clearly displayed before each AI operation
• Tokens are purchased in packages through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Tokens do not expire but are non-refundable once purchased
• Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
